Alan Baldwin has been licensed to practice law since 1982. His focus is on civil litigation involving personal injury, commercial disputes, employment and professional liability. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney since 1990 by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Baldwin represents clients in state and federal court, at the trial and appellate level, and in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration. He has also served as mediator and arbitrator.
Mr. Baldwin is a married father of a teenage son. When not practicing law he can be found hiking or riding a bicycle or motorcycle around the hills of northern New Jersey.
Mr. Baldwin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters including defective products, slip and fall, inadequate security, and auto accidents. Mr. Baldwin represents clients in disputes with professionals--architects, contractors, other lawyers, and real estate brokers. He will also represent the professionals themselves in appropriate cases. Mr. Baldwin represents businesses in commercial litigation such as breach of contract claims and commission disputes.
